Dr Kevin Li currently works as Chair Professor of Maritime Policy in the Ocean College of Zhejiang University. Since 2017, he has been the Editor-in-Chief of Maritime Policy and Management, which is the flagship journal of international shipping and port research. In the past few decades, he worked in China Ministry of Transport, London P&I Club, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Chung-Ang University (Korea). His research is disseminated via a variety of channels, including international scholarly journals such as Transportation Science, Transport Policy, Transportation Research Parts A, D, & E, Transportmetrica, Insurance: Mathematics and Economics, Maritime Policy & Management, Maritime Economics & Logistics, etc.
